2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a project ticket, call, or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, property type, and whatever you tell us about the project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on site.
Advertising and analytics. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. These services set cookies that let us measure which ads and pages generate inquiries, and let us show ads to people who have visited this site. They may combine this data with information they already hold about you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and perform contracted work
- To communicate about scheduling, changes, invoices, and warranty matters

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: subcontractors and suppliers who need it to perform your project; insurance carriers and adjusters when you have asked us to handle a claim; financing partners such as Acorn Finance when you choose to apply; service providers who host this site and run our analytics and advertising; and government authorities where required by law.
5. Financing applications
If you click through to check a financing rate, you leave this website and interact directly with Acorn Finance under their privacy policy and terms. CAWR does not collect, receive, or store your Social Security number, credit report, or application details.
6. Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, adjust ad personalization in your Google account, and control Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site or contacting us.
7. SMS and phone communications
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
8. Data retention and security
We retain project records for as long as needed to perform the work and meet legal, warranty, insurance, and tax requirements — typically seven years for completed contracts. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cawrconsulting.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some information must be retained where law, insurance, or an active contract requires it.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the most recent version.
