Any prices, price ranges, or package descriptions shown are illustrative and subject to change without notice. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, scope, materials, access, permitting, and schedule, and is established only in a written proposal.
4. Timelines
Stated install windows — including the LuxeDay Baths one-to-two-day install — describe typical projects that have passed a pre-install site verification. Actual duration depends on existing conditions, concealed damage, material lead times, permitting, and inspections. The schedule in your signed contract governs.
5. Financing
Financing is offered by third-party lenders through Acorn Finance, not by CAWR Consulting LLC. We do not underwrite, approve, or set rates, and we make no representation about approval, terms, or APR. Any advertised rate is the lender's, subject to their terms and credit criteria.
6. Emergency services
Our 24/7 emergency line is for dispatch and triage. Response times depend on conditions, crew availability, and the number of active losses. In a life-safety emergency, call 911 first.
7. Intellectual property
The CAWR Consulting and LuxeDay Baths names, logos, site design, text, and images are the property of CAWR Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Third-party links
This site links to third parties, including financing partners. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
