Why panels and LVT instead of tile
This is the question we get most, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a sales one.
Tile cannot be installed in a day. Setting mortar cures, grout cures, and sealing follows — that's a three-to-five-day sequence before anyone showers, and that's if nothing goes wrong. Every fast-install bathroom company in the country, ours included, uses an engineered wall system for exactly this reason.
What that actually buys you

- A continuous waterproof surface rather than hundreds of individual joints, each one a potential failure point

For most Essential packages, yes. Signature packages with frameless glass generally run two days, because frameless glass has to be templated against walls that are actually built. Luxe is a two-day install. We put your specific answer in writing at the consultation rather than telling you on install morning.
Because tile physically can't be done in a day. Setting mortar cures, grout cures, then sealing follows — a three-to-five-day sequence minimum. Engineered wall panels give you a continuous waterproof surface with no grout to seal or replace. If you specifically want a custom tile shower, CAWR builds those as a conventional two-to-four-week renovation, and we'll price it that way honestly.

On a one-day install with a framed or sliding door, generally yes once the silicone has set. Where frameless glass is installed, silicone cures 24 hours before the shower gets used. That's the only real wait in the project, and we'll tell you the exact time before the crew leaves.
